Frequently Asked Questions

Q:        Do I have to be present in the house until the cleaning works are finally completed?
A:        No, there is no need to do that. We will call you as soon as we finish, at the time agreed in advance, so you can come and inspect your home.

Q:        I won’t be at home when you arrive. Can you pick up the keys from some other place?
A:        Yes, of course. We can pick your keys from any place designated by you, for example from your neighbours or your letting agent or you can leave them at a nearby place, such as a restaurant or a pub or even your local store.

Q:        Do I have to prepare something special before you arrive?
A:        No, there is no need to do anything special; you just have to vacate your home. It will be best if you switch off the fridge and freezer at least 24 hours before our arrival; and also it will be good to have running water and good lightning. All this would help us do our work better and give you better results.

Q:        Do I have to buy the cleaning materials?
A:        That is absolutely not necessary. End of Tenancy Cleaning London has all the cleaning products and equipment available.

Q:        Do I have to pay parking fees and congestion charge?
A:        These are two of the things, which our client may pay additionally apart from the agreed price. Unless of course you have your own parking space, which we can use or you have a parking permit, which we can also use. Thus parking fees can be avoided. Congestion charge can also be avoided if you order our cleaning services during the weekend, on Saturday and/or Sunday, when there is no congestion charge.

Q:        Are carpets and soft furniture included in the cleaning price?
A:        Carpets and soft furniture are not included in the price for cleaning, but if you order End of Tenancy Cleaning we give a 50% discount on carpet cleaning and soft furniture cleaning.

Q:        What kind of people are you going to send to my home?
A:        We will send a team of 2 to 4 persons, depending on the size of your house. Our teams are well trained and skilled; they wear a distinctive uniform and most of all they are eager to work, always friendly, smiling and in good mood.

Q:        How much time does the End of Tenancy cleaning take?
A:        There is no exact timing of the End of Tenancy cleaning. It may take from 2 to 6-8 hours, depending on the size and the state of your house. For example an average 2-bedroom house with one bathroom can be cleaned by two persons for about 3 to 4 hours.
